Our versatile offerings, combining traditional cuisine with current food trends will inspire your customers and participants. We also pay attention to regional ingredients produced by local suppliers and adapt the dishes to the respective theme of your event.

Regional and trendy

Most of our vegetables and fruits come from a regional farmer. For full creative expression/unfolding we use spices and selected fruits from all over the world. With few exceptions, we source our meat from Swiss producers.

Restaurant ALLMEND

The varied menu in the new restaurant brings proven classics paired with current food trends to the plate. Multifunctional - with a bar and à la carte area, a self-service buffet and a covered terrace for up to 350 people.

Booth Catering

The restaurants in the halls serve fine snacks at any time: from croissants and morning coffee to a quick lunch and a leisurely after-work beer with small appetizers.
